Well my friends, 2008 is coming to a close. Let me be one of the ones to say: THANK GOD! I'm sorry to say that, overall, 2008 sucked. That's just how it was. Its not to say there weren't some good times. I met some of the most awesome people in my life, I had surgery that ended more than a year of sickness, (gallbladders suck...), and stuff like that. It just sucks that all of the bad mostly eclipsed the good. So, let's try and see if 2009 kicks more ass than 2008 did, shall we? I can already think of something good about the new year; we get a new president. Hopefully, good things will come for everyone. I'd like to hope that, especially for a few people in particular. Some of the people I love had harder years than I did, and mine was definitely far from awesome. So, let's bring in 2009 while we say goodbye to 2008. I did a meme below, which was taken from

Yes, most of the year. I was with someone from January to April, since then, I has been alones.

Nope. Not yet. But I’m going to Spain in 2010!

Nah. I’m never home, so, never much time for cooking. The microwave has become my favorite appliance.

No, not that I can think of. Who knows? There’s gotta be something.

No, not really. I had surgery, but it wasn’t lethal or anything.

Yes, I did! I met so many of my amazing friends that I love to death!

Don’t get me started. Just, don’t.

Yeah, I did. It’s sad, but its just what happens. People change.

No. I don’t. I wish some things had turned out better, but everything happened for a reason.

Yeah, I did. I can’t really explain, but a lot about me has changed. I was pretty mature before, but now I think I’ve grown even more and just have more experience.
Did you change your style?
Yep. I started wearing a lot more black, and I’ve gone more towards a rocker/punk style. Don’t get me wrong though, I still like my old stuff, just, not as much.
Were you in school?
Yes, unfortunately....

For the most part, I did very well.

Nope
Did anyone close to you give birth?
Um...I think two of my family friends did...
Did you move at all?
Nope. Still stationed in my home town. Less than a year and a half till I leave though.

I went to Cape Cod, Baltimore, Florida, and New York But only two were actually vacations..
Would you change anything about yourself now?
Definitely. I’d be minus like, 60lbs. I’d also like to have a boyfriend, but, that’s not really something about me that I can change.

So, sorry that nothing new has happened. I'm finishing up my porfolio for college apps and will be posting the stuff from that, as well as some other stuff. No writings to post at the moment. On Friday I went and saw one of the coolest plays ever: The Vagina Monolouges. My good friend Jen directed it, and her boyfriend, my best friend and I went to go see it. Anyways, Sara is headed off for her yearly vacation to her family's place in Florida. My third one since I've joined dA... Oh God... Anyways, I'm visiting family, family friends, and doing a few amusement parks. But, the most important part of this venture: I've got about 10 days away from work and school! 
So, hopefully, if I can borrow my grandparent's laptop and my neighbor's wireless internet, then I'll be online all week. Even if I have to use dial-up, I won't be without my internet. I'm very much looking forward to this trip. Well, I think that's it for now. I'm going to go drive my best friend home and then I have to try stuff on and pack. Hopefully there'll be a journal entry while I'm there. Photos there or soon after I return. Have a good vacation/ordinary week in February, (depending on who and where you are.) I'm off!
